Behavioral & Developmental Services


      The Ann Arbor Center specializes in addressing behavioral, social, and emotional

     challenges of childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood (ages 14 months to

     17 years old) and neurodevelopmental disorders including:

  • Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders/Asperger's Syndrome
  • Aggressive/acting out toddlers/preschoolers
  • Bedwetting, constipation and soiling
  • Conduct and oppositional defiant disorders
  • Anxiety, fears and phobias
  • Pain problems (headaches and stomachaches)
  • School performance/avoidance/refusal problems
  • Sleep disorders
  • Toilet training problems


     Developmental services include:

  • Children who are 'late' in their development (i.e. late to walk, late to talk)
  • Family counseling
  • Parent training


     Developmental and school advice for children with:

  • Developmental delays
  • Genetic syndromes
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Fetal alcohol syndrome and effects
  • Children adopted from foreign countries
