Diagnosis. Including genetic, neurological and laboratory evaluations as necessary. At the end of each visit families are provided with web-based, written and audiotape information on the most up to date approaches to ASD.
Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), a semi-structured, standardized assessment of communication, social interaction, and play or imaginative use of matierials for individuals who have been referred because of possible autism or autistic spectrum diagnosis. See ADOS
The P.L.A.Y. Project a nationally recognized program based on the DIR theory of Stanley Greenspan MD that uses home consultants supervised by Dr. Solomon to teach parents play-based, intensive intervention techniques that are very effective in helping young children with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) gain language and social skills.
